- How do I post a listing?

- On PlateRiver.NET, click on the green button, labelled "Post a listing", on the top right corner of the page. On the mobile website, the green button is located centrally on top of the page.
- Choose the category, sub-category, title, description, price and finally, any additional information.
- Enter the listing location, your e-mail, and then click on publish.
- Do I need to validate my listings with PlateRiver.NET?
- In order to ensure quality content, all listings published to the PlateRiver.NET request validation by the publisher theme self. This applies to registered and non registered users, logged in users don't need to validate their listings.
- I have posted a listing but it doesn't show up in the Latest Listings section?
- You need to verify your listings after it's published.
- Unable to activate your listings?
- Check if your business is already listed in PlateRiver.NET, if it is listed, you need to go through the process of claiming your business instead of posting.
- I have posted a listing but I cannot log into PlateRiver.NET?
- PlateRiver.NET allows anyone to post listings without register an account with. If you would like to log into PlateRiver.NET, you need to register before you can log in.
- How to validate the new listing?

Open up the email sent by our system to the address used to post listing. Click on the activation link, and your listing will appear on Latest Listings section.
Note: If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, please check the Junk Email folder.
- How do I manage my listings?
- You use the 'Post a listing' page to manage the listings that you or someone have submitted to PlateRiver.NET, including update and delete your own listings.
- How do I update or delete my listings, including adding or removing images?
- When you log into the PlateRiver.NET account, you will see a series of links on each of your listings. Click on the relevant links to manage a specific listing, i.e. Edit Item, Delete or Enable.
- Why can I not log into PlateRiver.NET to manage my listings?

To manage your listings at PlateRiver.NET, you need to be a registered user. If you have already registered, please check that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you have not yet registered, simply register and you are ready to go.
Note: Your registered email address must match the email address used for post your listings.
- What is my listings URL at PlateRiver.NET?
- The listings URL is the web address to your PlateRiver.NET page.
- Where do I get my listings ID at PlateRiver.NET?
- The listings ID is displayed on the right of your PlateRiver.NET page.

- If you cannot find your listings at PlateRiver.NET, this means the listings do not exist, which may be due to you have requesting PlateRiver.NET to delete your listings previously, or the listings has not yet been published to PlateRiver.NET.
- How can I restore my listings after I have deleted it, or requested PlateRiver.NET to delete it from PlateRiver.NET?
- Your listings, once deleted, cannot be restored but you can re-post your listings if you would like to see it again at PlateRiver.NET.
- How to make my listing more attractive or competitive?
- Building a competitive listing starts with having an clear, accurate description of what visitors will get. To help victors know what to expect from your products and services, make sure you have an up-to-date listing details, use high quality images as they are the visitors' first impression of your listings, and fill in as many details as you think are useful in the fields provided when posting or updating a listing.

- The newer your listing, the more visible it is to visitors, allowing them to quickly find your information.
- How to increase listings visibility?
- All posted listings appear on the Latest Listings section, with the top listing being the newest. Listings will be pushed further down the list as newer ones appear. To maximise your listings' visibility, you may simply republish the listing periodically, this is commonly known as REFRESH. PlateRiver.NET does not limit the number of times you can post a listing each day, you can re-post your listings as many times as you like, the more you re-post your listings the better results you get.
Additionally, PlateRiver.NET offers a click-and-share social network sharing function on every of your listing pages. This leads to maximised spread of your listing quickly and effectively. To take advantage, simply clicking the social buttons will share or email your listings to your friends.

Merchants who use this function can specify whatever is under this button with up to 30 character in place and visitors will be able to view offers once they have logged into PlateRiver.NET.
On the contrary, listings with the function disabled will not have a notice appear on the page.
To enable this function, you can enter your deals in the Merchant Promotions field when creating the listing or when editing an existing listing. To remove a deals, you simply delete all text from the Merchant Promotions field when editing.
The Merchant Promotions service is completely free and PlateRiver.NET is not involved in any of these transactions.
